Surrey Stars players raise aloft the Jayden Memorial Cup, the team beat Rewa 3-0 in the final at the Bear Creek Park in Surrey

IT’S been a good Jayden and Jordan Memorial Tournament for Surrey Stars FC.
The first year entrant in the two year running of the event won in a thrilling 3-0 victory against Rewa.
The 2-day tournament drew a sizable crowd at the Bear Creek Park, who enjoyed the festive atmosphere with free food and refreshments.
AJ, the coach of Surrey Stars stringed a formidable team, experienced and youngsters jelled in well for a weekend tournament.
“It’s all about the team,” said AJ.
“Players, management and fans. We owe our victory to them.
“Unity it is.”
Surrey Stars’ Sahil Khan scored a brace and Esa added one for a first half 3-goal win.
AJ, who was named the best coach, praised the tournament organizers for putting together an awesome weekend of football in memory of Jayden and Jordan.
“We can’t thank the Jayden and Jordan Memorial Tournament organizers enough for their unerring contributions to the event.
"It was an amazing two days of football, with free food and refreshments, all round great hospitality."
Surrey Stars were the most entertaining team to watch, they won the, Most Valuable Player (Sahil Khan),Golden Boot (Rylan Sangha),Goalkeeper (Wasim Khan),Defender(Rakim Ali),Young Player (Sahil Khan) and Offensive Player (Issiah Sahib) and by far the most coherent football team.
